As part of our team, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape the future of the power grid industry. You'll work closely with product owners, UX designers, and developers to experiment, prototype, and develop digital solutions that set new standards. This role allows you to solve societal challenges and influence the energy sector's evolution in a time when the transition to green energy is critical.

You will also be key in fostering collaboration among grid operators and driving innovation that increases grid capacity and improves customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of data-driven products for power systems, such as the National Grid Model (http://nemo.elbits.no).
  
• Collaborate with grid companies to align power system modeling methods, including developing modeling guidelines.
  
• Assist in the creation of new services within ElBits, ensuring high-quality use of power system data and models.
  
• Engage with grid companies, software providers, and startups to understand and address their needs.
  
• Perform analyses and drive innovation using power system data.
  
  
  

Who are you?

We’re looking for someone with a background in power systems who can combine technical expertise with innovative thinking in our team.

Ideally, you have:

• Experience in analysis, planning, modeling, or operation of power systems, with a solid understanding of how they work and the challenges they face.
  
• Education in power engineering, cybernetics, or other relevant technical fields.
  
• Coding or scripting skills (or an interest in developing them), enabling you to contribute to digital solutions and collaborate closely with technical teams to bring products to life.
  
• A genuine interest in digital product development, with a creative and forward-looking approach to designing solutions that drive innovation in the energy sector.
