At ElBits, Team Ecosystem is where products meet partners. As we scale, we are looking for a Partner and Business Developer who can build and evolve how we collaborate and interact with our partners, the grid companies, and help make ElBits an integrated part of how they operate.
This is a new role at the centre of our ecosystem. You will own the coordination, structure, and execution of cross-functional initiatives toward our partners, and act as the bridge between our product teams and the needs of the grid companies. Over time, you will build deep, ElBits-specific knowledge and the methodology, processes, and tools that make our partnerships more coordinated and scalable.
You will work closely with our Head of Ecosystem and the rest of the ecosystem team, as well as our product teams. The role spans the full range from strategic focus to concrete coordination and detail, and gives you real influence over the direction, priorities, and growth of the customer fleet at ElBits.

Establishing a clear operating model for how ElBits collaborates with its partners.
Creating scalable, transparent, and well-coordinated ways of working across the ecosystem.
Strengthening collaboration between partners and product teams to ensure insights and feedback flow effectively.
Bringing structure, ownership, and prioritisation to cross-partner initiatives.
Increasing partner engagement, alignment, and adoption of new initiatives.
Identifying and driving new opportunities for collaboration, innovation, and growth across the ecosystem.
What will you do?
Your mission is to align ElBits and the grid companies as one through close external collaboration. Concretely, you will help us understand partner needs and maturity, build better structure around contact and coordination, create alignment between ElBits’ priorities and those of our partners, secure a strong information flow to the product teams, and drive innovation and business development across the ecosystem.
Your responsibilities include
Paving the way for new initiatives
Act as a primary point of contact for grid companies, fostering strong relationships, ownership, and effective collaboration.
Establish and improve onboarding processes and collaboration structures.
Connect relevant product teams and ensure effective coordination across stakeholders.
Stakeholder management and coordination
Lead stakeholder management practices across the ecosystem and product teams.
Align priorities, coordinate initiatives, and drive engagement among grid companies and internal teams.
Insight and knowledge building
Provide product teams with insights into partner organisations, industry developments, and market needs.
Identify, document, and validate challenges, opportunities, and potential growth initiatives.
Structure, process, and internal infrastructure
Develop and maintain tools, processes, and information flows that enable coordinated collaboration and continuous feedback across the ecosystem.
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling narratives and deliver engaging pitches, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences across disciplines.
Business development and innovation
Stay close to partners and the market to identify new opportunities and emerging needs.
Contribute business cases, decision support, and recommendations for new initiatives and strategic investments.

Relevant experience includes:
Several years of experience in Customer / Partner Success, Account Management, Project Management, Business Development, or similar customer-facing roles.
Experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes and collaborating closely with product and technology teams.
A track record of driving engagement, adoption, and successful outcomes across customers or partners.
Experience building processes, ways of working, and systems that support scalable customer or partner collaboration.
Familiarity with CRM, Customer Success, or collaboration tools, and a structured approach to managing relationships and follow-up.
Proficiency in Norwegian and English.
